In-store Purchases

All pre-owned merchandise is sold ‘as is’. As such, all sales on pre-owned merchandise are final.

All special ordered items require payment in full prior to placing order with vendor. Special orders are non-refundable and we are unable to cancel a special order once the order has been placed.

Stock items that are either canceled or returned incur a 25% restocking fee.

Only manufacturer’s warranties apply in product damages and defects. Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover service calls or labor fees.

Local deliveries involving stairs, oversized furniture, or unusually configured items will require an additional delivery fee.

Local delivery will include item placement. Please have the area empty and ready for product placement. If placement is blocked by additional items or furniture pieces, an additional charge will apply.
